I knew there was a reason we do Test Series previews after the first Test has passed. Who would have guessed Australia in South Africa would provide this much entertainment in three days. Freemo and Nimsworth look at the remaining Test.

Rebuilding phases is the new buzzword of cricket in the 2010s with the Aussies on the rebuild after losing to England in the Ashes, and South Africa on the rebuild seemingly ever since losing to England in the Semi Finals of World Cup 1992. Freemo and Nimsworth preview the Limited Overs portion of the tour to South Africa.

We love the T20 to ODI to Test match structure of a Tour. It’s how things should be done. I mean you don’t start off with the main meal, eat the free bread then scoff down an entrée usually. Freemo and Nimsworth tackle the main course of the tour and look at the three Test series.

Another IPL is done and dusted, Chennai retaining their title and making it back to back. But if an Indian domestic tournament falls in an inconvenient time in the International calendar and nobody’s watching does it make a sound? Nimsworth wraps up the IPL4.

It’s all new! New teams, new squads, new players, approximately the same amount of matches and for the first time, no coverage whatsoever in Australia. That won’t stop Freemo and Nimsworth doing their traditional (and always timely) preview of IPL4.

Welcome to World Series Cup Lost Classics, where we delve into the archives and dust off classic World Series Cup matches of years gone by. First up, Freemo looks back to 1979/80 and the very first ever WSC match, featuring Australia and the West Indies.
